Justin serves as Special Counsel to the firm, bringing a wealth of experience in the complexities of public sector law and regulatory frameworks. His practice focuses on advising clients on state and local government laws, a specialization rooted in his distinguished tenure at the Office of the Attorney General for Rhode Island.

During his time with the Attorney General’s office, Justin navigated high-stakes legal matters and developed a nuanced understanding of how government regulations intersect with private interests. This unique perspective allows him to provide strategic guidance that is both legally sound and practically informed.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor in 2017 from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Prior to law school, he attended University of Rhode Island, where he graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. His academic background in political systems, combined with years of public service, makes him an invaluable asset to the firm’s government relations and regulatory departments.
